The road from then to now was… not smooth. In this presentation, you’ll learn how a lone Content Strategist in a sea of product designers and engineers was able to draw on the principles of content strategy to drive alignment within the team, implement a comprehensive communication strategy, and create a taxonomy and language for the system itself.
