We’ll look at common assumptions about personalization, visualization examples from workshops, and strategies for creating “conditional content” that matches a wide range of user scenarios.
Luke Michel has been a practicing content strategist since 2008, focusing on UX content design, content management and governance, and content marketing and demand generation. He has extensive experience in content modeling and content authoring for enterprise CMS implementations. He is a graduate of the Massachusetts College of Art and Design.
