Mar. 24th, 2020 Virtual Meeting – Behavior Change Design for Products People Actually Use

Behavior Change Design for Products People Actually Use

Behavior change design puts the lens of psychological theories into the design process in order to create “interventions” that are both effective at driving outcomes and engaging to use. With the behavior change design toolkit, you can create a plan for measuring your product’s success and then design to achieve your key results. Amy will provide an overview of behavior change design with a focus on how motivation science plays a role in user engagement, and walk through creating a sample outcomes map. Behavior change design offers tools for every toolkit; come find the ones that fit in yours.
