Build Trust & Deliver Value Through AI

Artificial intelligence (AI) represents a broad range of technologies and capabilities that will continue to radically change the way we interact with digital content. As design professionals seeking to better understand the impact of AI on products and creativity, we spoke with and surveyed product and design tool experts, designers, and knowledge workers. In “Build Trust & Deliver Value Through AI”, Tom will share key insights from our research, including ideas on how to leverage AI to develop experiences that build trust, stronger relationships, and greater value for customers.  

At this event, participants will:

  • Learn when, where and how to build trust and provide control for people interacting with AI
  • Review examples of how leading products are currently leveraging AI to build trust and deliver superior experiences

Tom Rhinelander, Senior Researcher at Proximity Lab

tom rhinelander picture Tom is a long-time researcher and product strategist. Over his career, he’s focused on exploring emerging technology and helping translate its promise into compelling products and pitches rooted in user needs. With a background in political science, he’s particularly interested in the intersection of technology and society; the balance between necessary regulation and the freedom to innovate; and how perception and real-world behavior can influence the evolution of apps, services, and devices. He currently works at Proximity Lab, collaborating with organizations in a variety of industries to understand the motivation and needs of their users, as well as evaluating and improving product experiences. Earlier in his career, he spent a decade as an analyst and research director at Forrester Research, looking at the corporate and consumer technology markets and helping run its large-scale, consumer data practice.
