Q&A: Ask the Recruiter!
Ever wish you could ask a recruiter questions without the pressure of being in an interview? Now’s your chance! Join us on 9/24 for an opportunity to ask Jason Robichaud, a local top tech/UX recruiter, questions that you could never typically ask an in-house recruiter or HR Staff member. Such as…
- Exactly when/how should I start discussing money?
- What’s the best way to explain leaving a previous job?
- What should I include in my portfolio?
- How long is too long for a resume?
- What if I don’t have ALL the skills required?
- How do I explain a gap in employment?
- What questions should I be asking in an interview?
- What’s the best way to make myself stand out when applying?
This will be an open discussion about everything from resume/portfolio creation to interviewing do’s & don’ts. To help Jason prepare, please let us know the top 3 things you would like to discuss by sending an email to nhuxpa@gmail.com.
