Contextual Inquiry in Clinical Settings
Please join us for a wonderful talk by Beth Loring on conducting user research in clinical settings. Even if you don’t currently work on medical devices, you will learn great tips on research facilitation from one of the best in the industry!
Beth will start with a high-level overview of the medical device human factors/usability engineering (HF/UE) process to meet FDA and international regulations. She will then discuss best practices for conducting contextual inquiries in clinical settings such as hospitals and show examples of data analysis methods and deliverables. The talk will close with a case study and open discussion.
